2. Services

Southern Energy Distributors provides a solar savings estimation tool that calculates potential energy savings based on your property location, energy usage, and other factors. Estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of savings or a binding offer.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Southern Energy Distributors at the phone number you provide. This program includes:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Solar savings report delivery
• Follow-up communications about your consultation
• Service updates related to your solar inquiry

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

Actual savings may vary based on your specific roof condition, shading, energy usage patterns, utility rates, and other factors. A professional consultation is required for an accurate proposal.

• Not misuse or attempt to exploit our calculator or APIs
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Southern Energy Distributors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
